De inschrijving voor de obligaties is gesloten. Van maandag 28 september 2020 tot en met zondag 18 oktober 2020 kon u zich inschrijven voor onze obligatielening. Heeft u zich ingeschreven? Dan ontvangt u persoonlijk bericht over de verdere procedure.<\/p>\n

Bewoners en lokale ondernemers uit Swifterbant en omliggende plaatsen krijgen voorrang bij de verdeling van de obligaties. We passen de baksteenmethode toe wanneer in de eerste drie schillen meer vraag is dan obligaties om te verdelen. Als na de eerste toekenningsronden binnen schillen 1, 2 en 3 obligaties overblijven, worden deze verdeeld over schillen 4 en 5.<\/p>\n

De notaris maakt het geld pas over naar SwifterwinT op Land als ook de projectfinanciering definitief is toegezegd. Dit heet de financial close. Als de financial close niet uiterlijk op 30 september 2021 wordt bereikt, krijgt iedereen die de toegewezen obligaties heeft gekocht zijn geld teruggestort. Dit is inclusief transactiekosten, voor zover van toepassing.<\/p>\n

Nu de inschrijving is gesloten, is deelnemen niet meer mogelijk.<\/p>\n
